                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF
                   CONTRACT NO. 46B-1, MURRAY HILLS COLLECTION
                   SYSTEM II, TO MAYSE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY,
                   FOR THEIR LOW BID IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE
                   MILLION, SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT
                   THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED ONE AND 25/100
                   DOLLARS ($1,798,301.25).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       award of Contract No. 46B-1, Murray Hills Collection System II, 
to
       Mayse Construction Company, for their low bid in the amount of
       $1,798,301.25.
